Scarlett Plus Size Boutique in Charlotte, NC

This weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Scarlett, a plus size boutique in Charlotte, NC. I was greeted warmly by the owner and creator of the boutique, Todd Albaum. Immediately, he made a point of finding out what I was looking for and whisking me around the boutique, expertly pulling garments to suit me. I ended up trying on some fantastic clothes, none of which I had seen at any of the local department stores. Designer labels I spotted included Donna Ricco, Tadashi, Linda Lundstrom, and James Clifford. The service was wonderful, and I bought an adorable new dress that I couldn't find anywhere else. I'll definitely be back!

Here at Plus Size This, I like to focus on plus size fashion, but occasionally I feel the desire to mention other things that might be of interest. I was happy to catch this little tidbit while I was on Athleta.com looking for some cool workout clothes to write about. On their web-zine, Athleta Chi, they asked former professional athlete Colleen Cannon the question: 'Do you have any secrets or advice for a healthy diet or eating plan to stay in shape?'
