Plus Size Bold Floral Print Top at Lane Bryant

Yesterday, I went to Lane Bryant and bought one of these Bold Floral Tops. I am not generally in love with polyester, but this one is the cool, silky variety, not the hot, sticky variety. Anyway, the smocking on the sleeve and hem are really subtle and do not add a ton of ruffles and bulk. The neckline is not too low, and the waist area is not too clingy. An overall nice easy fit in a fun, bright fabric that is very 'in' this season. Available in sizes 14/16 - 26/28 for $44.50 USD.

Product Review - Igigi Celine Dress

Here's another item that I recently got from Igigi.com, the Celine Dress . The rich purple fabric is wonderfully stretchy and swingy, making this a comfortable, wearable dress. It also has a chic retro vibe, especially the tie detail. The under bust seam creates a fitted bodice that contrasts nicely with the flared skirt. It's so nice to own an Igigi dress, because they're designed for plus size figures. The fit is so much better than scaled up versions of regular sizes. Product Review - Igigi Nora Pencil Skirt

I recently got one of these gorgeous Nora Pencil Skirts from Igigi.com. Pencil skirts can be tricky for the plus size figure, but the princess seams on this skirt create a curve skimming silhouette, without pulling or gaps. The front slit is a nice detail that creates a bit of visual interest. As of now, this skirt is on sale for $52 USD and is available in sizes 14-30.
